We're a small architectural practice in Cheshire - skilled draughtsmen and designers but most of all passionate about everything we do. From minor internal alterations to the design and construction of bespoke houses and apartments; if it's residential, we love it.

Design
We provide full architectural services for all RIBA work stages, from conception right through to construction.
Including feasibility studies, sketch layout options, concept drawings for pre-application advice, interior design, 3d visualisation, masterplans for residential development, statutory consents (planning & building regulations approval), detailed design, technical design, working drawings, structural engineering and much, much more.
Planning
We LOVE planning.
We can prepare and submit drawings and information to support all types of planning applications.
For extensions, alterations, new dwellings, apartment developments, garden sheds!
bespoke housing, fit out, change of use and plot replacement.
We can also offer a full planning consultancy service for more contentious projects (such as development within the greenbelt, works to listed buildings and works within conservation areas).

Construction
Times are a changing and not everyone needs architectural assistance once work has started on site. For smaller projects, we prepare detailed drawings and specifications for costing and full plans building regulations approval ready for a contractor to start on site. BUT we can also offer a consultancy role throughout the build to 'hold your hand' and monitor the works. We sometimes go the whole hog and provide full services to administer the contract and/or act as employer's agent where required. You ask, we serve !
